What I offer

I offer group workshops to organisations and businesses on managing stress, mental health awareness, communication skills and personal development. I have particular expertise and interest in working with young graduates and professional employees new to the organisation. My programs focus on enhancing productivity and personal well-being, bringing associated benefits to the organisation.

I have over twenty years of experience as a psychologist, counsellor and teacher, and more than ten years as a writer and group facilitator.

I have a commitment to guiding and mentoring people from all walks of life to reach their potential. I have most recently (2016) trained as a yb 12 coach, offering programs to motivate and engage people to have the 'best twelve months' of their lives. (Total Focus and Results)
